Ingredients
5–6 pieces sea bass or other white fish
3–4 tbsp Kitchi Sauce, or to taste
2–3 tbsp water
¼ cup sliced ginger
¼ cup sliced scallions
Sliced red chili, for garnish
Instructions
Wash the fish thoroughly, pat dry, and marinate with only Kitchy Sauce for 10 minutes.
Place some of the shredded ginger on a steaming plate, place the fish on top, and sprinkle the remaining ginger over the fish.
Mix Kitchy Sauce with water, stir well, and pour evenly over the fish.
Bring the water in the steamer to a boil, then steam the fish over medium heat for about 15–20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through. The cooking time can be adjusted according to the size and thickness of the fish.
When the fish is almost cooked, sprinkle sliced green onions and red chili over the fish, steam for another 1–2 minutes, and serve hot.
